2. Services Description

Shanghai Zhansong Industry Co., Ltd. (ZSCNC Mach) provides CNC machining services including but not limited to CNC milling, CNC turning, rapid prototyping, and sheet metal fabrication. All services are subject to individual quotation and agreement.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by ZSCNC Mach are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on specifications provided at the time of quotation. Changes to specifications may result in revised pricing.

4. Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance from ZSCNC Mach. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Customer-provided designs, drawings, and specifications remain the property of the customer. ZSCNC Mach maintains confidentiality of all customer intellectual property in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZSCNC Mach’s liability shall be limited to the value of the specific order. We shall not be liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or production downtime resulting from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or in the competent courts of Shanghai.
